Maritime and Aviation Training Fund Logo Design

The MATF logo combines the shapes of the letters "M" and "A" to form a cargo ship and an airplane in flight, integrated with three runways. These runways symbolize Hong Kong Airport, which features three runways for aircraft. The logo also incorporates an arrow motif, representing speed, direction, and upward momentum.  

The logo uses a four-color combination, with the primary color being the original MAPB blue. Green is added to visually separate the two letters, *"M" and "A".  

In our research:  

•⁠  ⁠Green represents the ocean and environmental themes.  

•⁠  ⁠Blue symbolizes the sky, honesty, and confidence.  

The three colors — MAPB blue, marine green, and ocean green—harmonize softly, creating a cohesive palette. To enhance contrast, the design incorporates orange and dark blue, making the logo more dynamic and visually striking.  

MATF標志設計理念

MATF標志巧妙地將字母"M"和"A"的造型結合，形成一艘貨輪與一架飛行中的飛機，並融入三條跑道的設計。這三條跑道象征著香港國際機場特有的三跑道系統。標志同時採用箭頭元素，傳遞速度感、方向性及上升態勢的意象。  

色彩系統採用四色組合：主色調延續原有MAPB標志的藍色，並加入綠色來區隔"M"與"A"兩個字母。  

經研究及資料搜集後確定：  

•⁠  ⁠綠色代表海洋與環保理念

•⁠  ⁠藍色象征天空、誠信與信心

三種主色 — MAPB藍、海藻綠與海洋綠——形成柔和協調的配色體系。另通過橙色與深藍的對比搭配，強化標志的視覺沖擊力與動態感。
